All parents want their children to grow both academically and socially in school in order to have a successful transition into adulthood. For children with special needs, achieving in the public school system can be challenging without an appropriate special education programming and services. Nevertheless, children with special needs are entitled to appropriate special education programs and related services in the least restrictive environment.
