Sometimes public schools and universities fail to protect students against harassment, intimidation, or abuse on the basis of race, sex, gender, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, perceived sexual orientation, disability, gender identity, religion, or viewpoint.
All of these types of discrimination are illegal under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and under the New Jersey State Anti-Bullying Law. If the school or university is permitting your child to be harassed, bullied or intimidated, even cyber-bullied off school grounds on the basis of any of these reasons, we have the experience to help and put a stop to the discrimination.
New Jersey has excellent civil rights law that protect students. Furthermore, students are also protected against discrimination by United States Constitution and other federal laws.
